We offer counselling to the public free of charge.

We ask for a donation from anybody who can afford it.

 
 

» WHAT KIND OF PROBLEM CAN I COME WITH? «

You can come with any kind of problem in your family,
or at your workplace,
or at your school
if you want to improve your relationships,
your performance,
and to reduce stress, anxiety and grief.

 


 

» HOW DOES THE COUNSELLING WORK? «

We sit together, discuss the problem and explore solutions. 
We keep strict confidentiality on all matters discussed. 
After the session we can make follow up appointments. 
One session lasts approximately one hour.

 
 

» WHO ARE THE COUNSELLORS? «

We have trained family and child counsellors,
men and women. 
You can ask for someone who speaks Ndebele, Shona or English.


 

» WHO CAN COME? «

We see individuals of all ages as well as families.

 
 

» WHAT DOES IT DO? «

Improves coping mechanisms for families and children living in difficult circumstances.

Improves awareness about how a family functions.

Reduces HIV infection by identifying risk behaviour and working with individuals and couples on alternative behaviour.

Empowers women by supporting them in protecting their human rights and needs and improving their family relationships.

Protects children through awareness of children’s rights and needs and empowerment of their family relationships.
